At Rise&Nova, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.


Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include all original accessories (if applicable)
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns are accepted only for orders delivered to addresses within the United States.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@riseandnova.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the reason for the return

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return address.

⚠️ Important:
Please do not send any items back before receiving return authorization and instructions from us.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind / unwanted item:
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
    If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs or offer a replacement, depending on the situation.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at support@riseandnova.com as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after delivery.

We will review the issue and offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take up to 12 business days after approval

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@riseandnova.com.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery for:

  • Defective items
  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items

For other reasons (such as choosing a different color or model), please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or downloads
  • Final sale or clearance items (where clearly indicated on the product page)
